NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING PURSUANT TO NCGS 143-318.12(B)(2)

The Taylortown Board of Commissioners will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at 6pm.

The purpose of the Special Meeting is to hold the organizational meeting of the Board as required by NCGS 160A-68, during which the new Board of Commissioners will be sworn in, the Mayor will be appointed by the Board from among its members, the 2024 Meeting schedule will be adopted, a public comment policy will be considered and may be adopted and the Board will receive public comments.

The regular December meeting, December 26, 2023, has been cancelled.

This meeting is open to the public.
